• BURNOUT: Working, caregiving, and the relentless demands of life can take a toll. Learn how to recognize and heal from the impacts, and set boundaries that preserve your mental and physical health.

• Dysfunctional family dynamics affecting self-image and relationships.

• Late 20s/early 30s: In this crucial phase, many struggle to transition from youth to a more settled or focused life.

• Interfaith: Navigating spiritual and religious faith, doubt, and exploration. Interfaith family dynamics. Leaving cults and other groups with cult-like (high demand, high control) dynamics.

• Grief and loss: whether grieving the loss of a loved one, physical disability or the emotional impacts of chronic illness. Some problems do not have solutions, but compassionate and patient support can gradually reveal a new life.

• Retirement: Can feel destabilizing or confusing, and/or surface new dynamics in relationships. Set yourself up for a fulfilling and positive experience with some guidance and support.

What to expect from your first session:

The first session is typically 50-60 minutes. I seek to establish comfort in our conversation, and learn a little bit about you, your life and personality. Together, we talk about what brings you to therapy, and goals of treatment. We identify a schedule and format that will work for you.

Therapy is individual, but loved ones can join for needed conversations or input. Payment can be made through insurance, or via private pay with a credit card. Currently I bill through the Grow and Headway platforms to offer a variety of insurance options.
