• BURNOUT: Working, caregiving, and the relentless demands of life can take a toll. Learn how to recognize and heal from the impacts, and set boundaries that preserve your mental and physical health.

• Late 20s to early 30s: Quarter life crisis? In this crucial phase, many struggle to transition from youth to a more settled or focused life.

• Interfaith: Navigating spiritual and religious faith, doubt, and exploration. Interfaith family dynamics.

• Retirement: Can feel destabilizing or confusing, and/or surface new dynamics in relationships. Set yourself up for a fulfilling and positive experience with some guidance and support.

• Grief and loss: whether grieving the loss of a loved one, physical disability or the emotional impacts of chronic illness. Some problems do not have solutions, but compassionate and patient support can gradually reveal a new life.

What to expect from your first session:

The first session is typically 50-60 minutes. I seek to establish comfort in our conversation, and learn a little bit about you, your life and personality. Together, we talk about what brings you to therapy, and goals of treatment. We identify a schedule and format that will work for you.

Therapy is individual, but loved ones can join for needed conversations or input. Payment can be made through insurance, or via private pay with a credit card. Currently I bill through the Grow and Headway platforms to offer a variety of insurance options.
